We are renting for short periods a charming little apartment, brand new furniture and facilities. The appartement is very quiet and flooded with sun light. Fully equipped with AC ( cold & heat), jacuzzi shower, laundrymachine, fridge, freezer and stove. Sofabed for two in the living room which has a Sat TV Set with DVD, CD, CD, MP3 player. Located in the heart of tha antique and charming neighbourhood of Trastevere, Via Garibaldi, large elegant avenue leading to the Belvedere and the Gianicolo gardens. 200 metres from the house, you'll find the farmers market and all restaurants, pizzerias, icecream parlours, shops, movie theaters and at 500 meters all the bars and music clubs which lights illuminate until the wee hours this district full of life in the center of the historic Rome.

Via Garibaldi, élégante avenue menant au Belvédère et aux jardins du Gianicolo, en plein coeur de Trastevere, quartier médiéval de la Rome antique au charme intact; à 200 mêtres du marché, des commerces, bars, restaurants, glaciers, pizzerias, cinémas et boutiques et à 500 mêtres des clubs de jazz et musique qui animent les rues adjacentes à la place Trilussa jusqu'à tard dans la nuit.
